Four out of every 10 recent university graduates in work are already preparing to change jobs,abercrombie, according to a straw poll. The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Thursday said the survey of 340 entry-level college graduates who have been in work for less than two years found that 42 percent are in the process of changing jobs or preparing to do so.

Some 55.9 percent were confident they can change jobs sometime in the future if not now. A mere 2.1 percent considered their current job a lifelong commitment.

Company size made no difference to job satisfaction. Some 39.8 percent of respondents in big conglomerates and 43.1 percent in small and medium-sized firms said they are preparing to change jobs -- a statistically negligible difference given how small the sample was.

Asked why they wanted to change jobs,supra shoes, 66.8 percent said they want better conditions such as higher salary or better benefits. Some 34.7 percent said the work does not suit them,hogan, 28.2 percent that their company has no growth potential,ray ban, and 26.5 percent that they have not enough free time.

Many new employees also have difficulties managing personal relationships and adapting to organizational culture. Some 62 percent reported conflict with their seniors and superiors occasionally,abercrombie france, and 10.9 percent often.
